Central Oregon Older Adult Behavioral Health Advisory Board
Mission & Vision Statement
The Vision of the Central Oregon OABHI:
Through collaborative and multidisciplinary actions, the Central Oregon Older Adult Behavioral Health Initiative (OABHI) will build an effective and compassionate behavioral health care system that improves the lives of adults 60 years and older who are experiencing behavioral health issues, or physical disabilities in Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties.
The Central Oregon OABHI Mission:
The OABHI will identify service gaps, strengthen existing services, expand the skills of the workforce, and expand the development of behavioral health services and supports to improve the lives of older adults with behavioral health challenges, or physical disabilities.
Role of the OABHI Advisory Board:
The OABHI Advisory Board will represent Central Oregon communities and help guide the Central Oregon OABHI as it creates a regional behavioral health system that improves the lives of adults sixty years and older.
